SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Shipping & Processing times times:
    • Please allow up to 14 Business Days for all Custom orders to ship out
    • Please allow 5-7 Business Days for all other orders to ship out
    • Code 4 Silkscreen has the right to change ship time with written consent at any time

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REPAIRS & REFUNDS

  • Returns
    • Return Process
      • Email us at Info@Code4Silkscreen.com subjected with your Order Number in this email please specify your reason for return
      • Please allow 2-3 business days for our response
      • You will receive an email back with a Return Authorization Number. Please put the Return Authorization Number on the box
      • If there isn’t a Return Authorization Number on the box your return will not be accepted.
  • If your order is not eligible for return we will respond letting you know.

  • Refunds
    • All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original form of payment
      • This does not include the processing time needed by your bank/ credit card
      • Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
    • Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
      • If the item returned is not in its original condition the refund will not be processed. You will have the choice to supply Code 4 Silkscreen with a shipping label to ship the item back, or to let us donate the item to the charity of our choice.
